Our Constitution

LM-A is a public company limited by guarantee. While this structure perhaps seems a little legalistic and un-churchlike, it is considered the most appropriate structure for a body such as LM-A. Those wishing to join LM-A should familiarize themselves with our constitution, which sets out both the establishment and ongoing operation of LM-A.
