Calls & Employment

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
— Colossians 3:23-24

LM-A recognises that all believers are called to serve the Lord through their relationships, family responsibilities, community engagement and employment, and we give thanks to God for all who labour in those vocations.

Some men are called to be pastors in Christ’s church, and the College of Pastors section below provides information about the latest calls extended to pastors as they are issued. You will also see a section for paid employment for lay people, as well as a volunteer section, where our members have the opportunity to serve the church in a voluntary capacity.
